Ticketing & Wristbands

What times can I arrive? – You can arrive any time from 15 minutes before your session start time. Wristbands will be fitted at the entrance and are tied to the session you’ve chosen.

If I arrive late do I still get full time? – No. Wristbands are valid for the current session irrespective of arrival time. We recommend to either arrive promptly, or hand on until a later session.

How long is each session? – Each session runs for 3 hours. Please arrive early for a smooth entry.

Can I pre-book wristbands? – No, we currently do not offer a booking service. Wristbands can be purchased on the day (subject to session capacity).

Can I change a wristband to a different session? – Wristbands are non-transferable once the session starts.

What if a session sells out? – Once a session reaches capacity, entry will no longer be available. We recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment.

Do adults need wristbands? – No. Only children require wristbands to use the rides and attractions.

Can siblings share a wristband? – No. Wristbands are for one child per band for safety and fairness.

What ages are wristband sessions suitable for? – Our wristband sessions are designed for toddlers through to young teens. Some rides have recommended age or height guidelines on the day.

Event Logistics

Where do I park? – Event parking is available at most locations. Parking details are listed on the individual event information posters.

Are there toilets available? – Yes. Toilets are provided on site at all wristband events.

Can I bring my own food or drink? – You may bring snacks and drinks but these must be consumed off-site. We encourage the use of our catering and drink stalls to help keep the entry prices cheap.

Is seating available? – Some seating is provided for parents and carers throughout the site.

Can I bring a pushchair or stroller? – Yes. Pushchairs are welcome, but please ensure they do not block walkways or ride areas.

Are dogs or pets allowed? – No. For safety and hygiene, pets are not permitted on site at any wristband event. We only allow guide dogs.

Is there shade or shelter on site? – Most events are in wide open spaces and parks, we recommend sun protection on hot days as shaded areas may not be available.

Weather & Safety

What happens if it rains? – Events go ahead in light rain. If weather conditions make it unsafe to continue, rides will be paused or cancelled at staff discretion. Updates will be posted on our Facebook page primarily and, in some cases, our website.

Can high winds affect the sessions? - In the event of high winds (at or over 24mph gusts on-site), all play on the inflatables will be halted immediately. We will check the wind for a continuous stretch of 15 minutes, and if the wind stays below 20mph, play will resume. If windy conditions do not improve, inflatables will remain closed for the rest of the day. All 'hard-standing' rides will continue for the remainder if the session.

Will I be notified if weather affects the session? – We update our social channels and website with weather or session information where possible. We might not make a decision right up to the final minutes before opening. If you cannot see any updates, please call us.

What if rides have to stop temporarily? – For safety, rides may pause in adverse weather. Once conditions improve and it’s safe, rides will resume.

Are rides checked for safety? – Yes. All rides are regularly inspected and tested before each session.

Is there first aid on site? – Yes. Qualified first-aid staff are present at every wristband event.

Parent & Supervision

Do I have to go on rides with my child? – Parents may assist children on suitable rides where required. Ride operation and staff will advise.

Will my child be supervised? – Our staff operate and monitor the rides. Parents or carers should remain responsible for their children at all times.

What age range is suitable? – Our events cater from toddlers to young teens, with rides and attractions suitable for a wide range of ages.

What if my child gets separated? – If your child becomes separated, notify the nearest member of staff immediately. We have procedures in place to help locate family members. We have found in most cases that children are excited and run to the next nearby attraction, so let staff know where you was playing beforehand.

Tickets & Payment

What forms of payment are accepted? – We accept card payments and cash where available.

How do I receive my ticket if I book online? – We currently do not offer pre-booking. Once available, online tickets are sent via email with a QR code to present at entry.

Can I use a screenshot of my QR ticket? – We currently do not offer pre-booking. Once available, you can use a screenshot or the original email to scan on arrival.
